Oxy fuel flame cutting is a method of cutting steel and metal materials that uses a flame to heat the surface, followed by a blast of oxygen. The chemical reaction between oxygen and steel increases the temperature of the flame, allowing it to cut, or burn away, the steel. This cutting method is effective on thick materials.
