ASTM A573 Structural Steel Plate for Storage Tanks

Used in the manufacturing of storage tanks, ASTM A573 is a structural quality steel stocked and supplied by Leeco® Steel.

Overview:

  • Structural steel plate grade that is often used in the manufacture of storage tanks.
  • Available in three grades: 58, 65 and 70.
  • Max thickness of 1.50".
  • Fully killed, made to fine-grain practice and is used where atmospheric conditions require improved notch toughness.
  • Charpy test requirements for specific zones and climates may be requested.
  • Due to quickly shifting inventory with this grade of structural steel, please inquire about availability.
