Leeco’s state-of-the-art computer system and software give our employees real-time information. It enables our salespeople to give customers a wealth of information over the phone. From their PCs, salespeople can identify mill origin, heat numbers, chemical and mechanical properties, and actual plate location on the warehouse floor. The computer system is a very important part of our company, not only as it relates to the quality system itself, but in the way it helps us operate on a day-to-day basis. Most importantly, we are able to provide our customers the information they need immediately.
