Fall 2007 O'Neal News - Ever-changing Leeco

We have completed a renovation and expansion of our corporate offices in Darien, IL. The new wing has added 2,800 sq ft, 6 new offices, a small conference room and 10 cubical work spaces. This new area is home to our financial group, certification department and inventory control. In addition to the expansion the existing offices have been given a slight face lift by installing new carpet and paint. This was done to give us the ability to add to our staff as our growth dictates.

We are proud to announce our President and CEO; Robert Pepoff has successfully renegotiated a new 3 yr contract extension with our union employees at our Chicago facility. This relationship has been mutually beneficial for many years and this will continue under this agreement expiring in February 2010.

Acero de Leeco in Monterrey, Mexico our newest facility is now fully operational and stocked with inventory. Jerome Kusbel, General Manager-Leeco South, is very please with our results since opening this facility and proudly reports being ahead of projections. We will be holding an open house in this facility on October 25th for all of our customers and suppliers that support this facility. Leeco - Oshkosh has added a racking system to support the growth of its value added business. David Williams, General Manager, of the Oshkosh operation has recently added a second shift to accommodate the ramp up of this facility. "As we continue to grow this facility we are working hard not to let our service fall down", says Mr. Williams. "The second shift will assure we are able to be flexible and responsive to our customers".
